2. Terms of use

These terms set out the conditions for using the product sales service provided by the Japan Society of Regenerative Dermatology ("we"). By using this site you are taken to have agreed to them.

You may place orders for products through this site.

We may cancel an order in any of the following cases.

  • Suspected fraudulent payment
  • Registration of false information
  • Bulk purchasing for resale
  • Any other case we judge to be inappropriate

You may not reproduce, copy or use information on this site without permission.

We may amend these terms as necessary. An amendment takes effect when it is posted on this site.

3. Subscription terms

These products are available on a subscription. A subscription delivers the product automatically at a set interval. By subscribing, you are taken to have agreed to these terms.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically.
  • The first-order price and the price thereafter are stated on each product page.
  • The delivery interval is 30 days.
  • To cancel, you must contact us at least 20 days before your next scheduled dispatch. After that point, cancellation takes effect after the next delivery has been sent.
  • Purchasing for resale is prohibited.

To change the delivery interval, skip a delivery or change the delivery address, contact us on our official WhatsApp account, by email at contact@tokyobeautymaster.co.jp, or by telephone on +81-3-6434-0758.

4. Privacy

We recognise the importance of your personal data and handle it appropriately. The full policy for this site is set out on our privacy policy page.

For the store specifically, we collect your name, address, telephone number, email address, payment information and order history, and use them to dispatch products, process payment, provide customer support, improve our service, and send information by email or WhatsApp.

We do not provide personal data to third parties except where required by law. We take appropriate security measures to prevent leakage. You may request disclosure, correction or deletion of your own personal data by writing to contact@tokyobeautymaster.co.jp.

5. Returns and exchanges

We do not generally accept returns for change of mind. We will accept a return or exchange in the following cases.

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

Please contact us within seven days of the product arriving. Exchanges are available for unopened products only. We pay the return postage.

6. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any effect or efficacy from the use of these products. Health foods are experienced differently depending on constitution and condition. If you feel unwell, stop using the product and consult a doctor.

We are not liable for loss arising from the following.

  • Delivery delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Communication failures
  • Problems caused by third-party services
