The power of cells, with the dignity of medicine.

Concept

What we stand for

Chosen for trust,
not for price.
Technique, record and safety of the highest order in Japan —
built up until they are simply taken as given.
Regenerative medicine at Tokyo Beauty Master Clinic.

For most people regenerative medicine is still unfamiliar territory, and unfamiliarity brings anxiety.

That is why the Japan Society of Regenerative Dermatology builds on the things that ought to be taken as given: treatment plans filed under the Act on the Safety of Regenerative Medicine, partnerships with university hospitals, and diagnosis by specialists. We explain everything on the basis of fact and evidence, so that you can go into treatment with confidence.

Cover sheet of the Class 2 regenerative medicine treatment plan for stem cell therapy, filed in Japanese
Class 2 | Stem cell therapy
Plan no. PB3260053 (accepted)
Cover sheet of the Class 3 regenerative medicine treatment plan for PRP therapy, filed in Japanese
Class 3 | PRP therapy
Plan no. PC3250017 (accepted)

These are the cover sheets of the filings, in the original Japanese. The full documents can be viewed at the clinic.

Japanese law requires that regenerative medicine may be offered only after a rigorous review — by a Certified Special Committee for Class 2 treatments, and by a Certified Committee for Class 3 — covering the validity and safety of the treatment, the medical staffing, and the management of cell processing. The resulting treatment plan must then be filed with, and accepted by, the Kanto-Shinetsu Regional Bureau of Health and Welfare.

We have filed both Class 2 and Class 3 treatment plans with the bureau, and both have been accepted — making us a registered provider of regenerative medicine. Each filing passed the rigorous review of the relevant certified committee, whose written opinion we hold.

Autologous Super Stem Cell Therapy

An advanced regenerative treatment using stem cells taken from your own tissue and cultured, aiming at the recovery of damaged tissue and lost function, and at age care worked at the level of the cell. Because the cells are your own, rejection is unlikely.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

QIs this covered by insurance?+

All treatments are private and not covered by Japanese public health insurance. The cost is presented as a single total at your consultation, together with the treatment plan.

QWhat does "filed with the regional bureau of health" mean?+

Under Japan's Act on the Safety of Regenerative Medicine, a clinic may offer these treatments only after review by a certified committee — a Certified Special Committee for Class 2, a Certified Committee for Class 3 — and must then file its treatment plan with the Kanto-Shinetsu Regional Bureau of Health and Welfare. We have made those filings and they have been accepted.

QWhat happens on a first visit?+

A doctor examines you and explains the treatment, the cost and the safety data in full before anything begins. You decide whether to go ahead after you have heard all of it.

QI don't know which treatment is right for me.+

A doctor will examine you and recommend a treatment based on your condition and what you are aiming for. Start by contacting us on WhatsApp or by phone.

QWhat do the university hospital partnerships involve?+

We work with Keio University Hospital and Tokyo Saiseikai Central Hospital, covering pre- and post-treatment testing and, should it ever be needed, transfer of care.

QDo you support languages other than Japanese?+

You are reading our English site, which mirrors the Japanese one. For enquiries in English, please use the contact form or phone us — we will arrange an English-speaking response. Please note that the official store and our privacy policy are currently available in Japanese only.

QHow should I choose a regenerative medicine clinic?+

We suggest checking these seven points. We meet all of them.

  1. Track record and medical staffing: the Japan Society of Regenerative Dermatology has the foremost track record in Japan, with a fully staffed team of doctors.
  2. Ability to accommodate VIP patients: our patients range from company executives, business owners, athletes, people in entertainment, singers, lawyers, physicians, politicians and martial artists through to those connected with the Imperial family — a diverse group of VIPs who give us their overwhelming support.
  3. Filing and acceptance: our Class 2 and Class 3 treatment plans passed review by the relevant certified committees and have both been accepted by the Kanto-Shinetsu Regional Bureau of Health and Welfare. We are a formally registered provider.
  4. University hospital partnerships: we work closely with Keio University Hospital and Tokyo Saiseikai Central Hospital, among others.
  5. Examination, explanation and pre-testing by a doctor: a doctor explains the treatment to you in person, and blood tests are carried out beforehand.
  6. Flexibility: payment by invoice, changes to appointment times, specific scheduling requests — we accommodate what you need.
  7. Reliability: cleanroom standards within the clinic, and the storage, culturing and transport of cells, are all covered by detailed checking procedures.
QDo I need an appointment?+

Yes, we see patients by appointment. Book on WhatsApp or by phone (+81-3-6434-0758). We are open Mon–Sat and holidays 11:00–21:00, and Sun 11:00–19:00.

QHow should I choose an NMN supplement?+

Four things make comparison easier: whether the purity of the raw material is published, whether the plant is GMP-certified, whether it is NMN alone or formulated with ingredients that support how it works, and whether a doctor or specialist was involved in designing the formulation. We supply NMNMASTER, our own doctor's supplement.
