TBM Super Exosome Nasal comes as a powder in a vial, which you dissolve in the supplied solvent and use as a nasal spray. The exosomes are derived from umbilical cord blood, and the product is dispatched only after a doctor has seen you.

Why a nasal spray
The mucous membrane deep in the nose sits close to the brain, by way of the olfactory nerve.
Most compounds taken into the body are stopped short of the brain by a barrier — the blood-brain barrier. The route that runs from the nasal membrane along the olfactory nerve is called "Nose-to-Brain", and it is studied in Japan and abroad as a route that does not pass through that barrier.
TBM Super Exosome Nasal takes the form of a nasal spray because it is directed at this route. It also means no trips to the clinic for an injection or a drip — you can keep it up at home.

What is in a set

For dissolving the powder. You mix it yourself before use.
Nasal spray bottle
The spray bottle itself. Single use only — it must not be reused.
The exosomes are at 99% purity or above, at approximately 7.58 billion particles or more.
How to
How to use it
The powder and the solvent arrive separately. You need to combine them yourself before use.
Open the powder vial
Take the cap off the vial of freeze-dried powder, then remove the rubber stopper.
Add the solvent
Open the solvent, and use the dropper in its cap to transfer all of it into the powder vial.
Mix
Replace the rubber stopper, shake gently, and check that the powder has fully dissolved.
Transfer to the spray bottle
Use the dropper to move it into the nasal spray bottle. It is then ready.
Spray
One to three sprays in each nostril counts as one round; use one to a few rounds a day. Shake well each time. Afterwards, tilt your head back for a moment so it does not run out.
Refrigerate
Keep what is left, in the spray bottle, in your refrigerator. It contains no preservative, so use it up promptly.

Thereafter JPY 102,400 (incl. tax), every 30 days
50% off the first order, and 20% off every order after that. Delivery is automatic every 30 days, so nothing lapses because you forgot to reorder.
One set lasts about three weeks as a guide, depending on how often you spray. Delivery every 30 days keeps you from running out. There is no minimum number of orders, and you may cancel at any time.
