NMNMASTER (Doctor's Supplement)
Last updated: 20 September 2026
NMNMASTER is the doctor's supplement we supply. It uses NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) at 100% purity, manufactured at a GMP-certified plant in Japan. Where an NMN infusion is an intensive approach that goes straight into the bloodstream, NMNMASTER is one you can keep up as part of ordinary life.
About
About NMNMASTER
100% purity
The raw material is NMN at 100% purity. NMN is converted in the body into the coenzyme NAD, which is involved in how cells produce energy and repair themselves, and whose levels have been reported to fall with age.
Made at a GMP-certified plant in Japan
Manufacturing takes place at a Japanese plant certified to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). Every stage, from goods-in to despatch, is managed against a defined quality standard.
Infusion or supplement
The NMN infusion is an intensive approach delivered directly into the bloodstream; NMNMASTER is one that is easy to keep up day to day. A doctor will recommend one according to your goal and your lifestyle, and some patients use both.

Doctor's Supplement
What a doctor's supplement is
A doctor's supplement is simply a supplement supplied through a medical institution. In law it is a food, exactly like any other supplement, and it is not a pharmaceutical. What differs is whether a doctor was involved in designing the formulation and setting the quality standard.
How it differs from an ordinary supplement
Supplements sold over the counter are sometimes designed around price and volume. A product supplied through a clinic tends to have a clearer rationale behind its formulation, because the doctor involved in designing it also sees patients and their conditions.
That said, the phrase "doctor's supplement" has no legal definition. Anyone may use it. What actually differs has to be checked on three separate counts: the raw material, the manufacturing, and the formulation.
"Doctor-supervised" is not the same as "formulated by a doctor"
"Doctor-supervised", which appears often in advertising, can mean no more than that a doctor looked at the finished product. "Formulated by a doctor" means involvement from the point of deciding which ingredients go in, and how much of each.
Which phrase a product uses tells you how deep that involvement went.
Mechanism
NMN and NAD: what happens in the body
NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) is converted in the body into the coenzyme NAD. NAD is involved in how cells produce energy and repair themselves, and its levels have been reported to fall with age.
From NMN to NAD
NMN taken as a supplement does not act as it is. It only plays a part once the body has converted it into NAD, and other nutrients have been reported to be involved in that conversion.
So the relationship is not a simple one in which more NMN means proportionally more NAD. That is why formulation matters in how a supplement is designed.
What is not yet known
The role of NAD and its decline with age have been reported on. The long-term effects of taking NMN in humans are still under study, and a number of points remain unsettled.
A supplement is a food, and we cannot make claims about its effects. Products that use categorical language — "guaranteed to make you younger" — warrant caution.
How to Choose
How to choose an NMN supplement: six criteria
NMN supplements vary enormously in price and in content. Rather than going by rankings, the reliable approach is to compare on things you can actually verify. We suggest these six.
| Criterion | What to check | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Purity of the raw material | Is a figure published? | An indicator of whether the material carries impurities |
| 2. Amount | Is a milligram figure given per day? | Lets you compare with the amounts used in research |
| 3. Full ingredient disclosure | Is every ingredient listed? | Shows whether anything is being withheld |
| 4. Manufacturing | Is the plant GMP-certified? | Whether the process is quality-managed at all |
| 5. Formulation | NMN alone, or a combination? | Other nutrients are involved in the conversion to NAD |
| 6. Who designed it | Was a doctor or specialist involved? | Whether the reasoning behind the formulation can be explained |
All six can be checked from a product page or its labelling. Where something cannot be checked, whether you are able to ask the seller why is itself worth noting.
Purity & Dosage
Criteria 1 and 2: purity and amount
What separates 100% purity from 99%
Purity is a measure of how free the NMN powder used as raw material is of anything else. 100% purity means that material consists of NMN and nothing else.
It is worth being clear that this is the purity of the raw material, not a claim that the product as a whole is only NMN. Capsules contain other ingredients as well. Purity tells you about the quality of the material going in.
Where no purity figure is published, there is nothing on which to judge the quality of the material.
Read the amount per day, not per box
Amounts are sometimes stated per box, but what matters for comparison is the amount per day. A large total in the box means little if the daily dose is small.
The intakes used in research are generally in the range of 250 to 500 mg a day. Using that as a reference and setting the daily amount against the price is what makes the differences between products visible.
Disclosure & GMP
Criteria 3 and 4: disclosure and manufacturing
Is every ingredient disclosed?
Whether all ingredients are listed is the basic measure of how open a maker is. Where the headline ingredient is printed large and the rest left vague, there is no way to check what is in the product.
This matters most for products that advertise a combined formulation: without knowing what is in it and how much, the thinking behind the design cannot be read.
What a GMP-certified plant is
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is a standard for managing quality at every stage, from goods-in through manufacturing to despatch.
Because supplements are classified as foods, no manufacturing standard is imposed on them by law, as it is on pharmaceuticals. That is precisely why GMP certification is one of the few things on which manufacturing can be judged.
A GMP-certified plant in Japan meets standards set out in guidelines from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
Formulation
Criteria 5 and 6: formulation, and who designed it
NMN alone, or a combination
NMN is converted into NAD in the body, and other nutrients have been reported to take part in that conversion. A product that simply packs in a large quantity of NMN reflects a different line of thinking from one that combines ingredients supporting the conversion.
Which is better depends on your purpose, but whether it is a single ingredient or a combination is something to check every time. Where a combination is advertised, it is also worth seeing whether the reason for each ingredient is explained.
Who designed the formulation
Whether the product says who decided the formulation tells you something about its character. Where a doctor or specialist was involved, check whether it also says from what stage.
As above, "supervised" and "formulated" describe very different depths of involvement.
Quality
What determines the quality of NMN
"High-quality NMN" is a phrase used everywhere, but what counts as quality differs from product to product. Sorted out, it falls into three layers.
| Layer | What it concerns | How to check |
|---|---|---|
| The material | The NMN powder itself | Whether a purity figure is published |
| The manufacturing | Control at the plant | GMP certification; whether it is made in Japan |
| The design | The thinking behind the formulation | Full disclosure, stated reasons, named designer |
None of the three can be skipped
However pure the material, the finished product is not assured if the process is loosely controlled. However sound the manufacturing, it means little if there is no reasoning behind the formulation.
Price alone cannot settle it because the cost sits in a different one of these three layers from product to product. Within the same price bracket, one will have spent on the raw material and another on the number of ingredients.
Our Product
How NMNMASTER stands against each criterion
Here is where NMNMASTER stands on the six criteria above. This is not a claim of superiority over other products — it is a list of facts you can verify.
| Criterion | NMNMASTER |
|---|---|
| 1. Purity of the raw material | NMN raw material at 100% purity |
| 2. Amount | Seven capsules a day as a guide (750 mg of NMN a day, 22,500 mg per 30 days). See the labelling supplied with the product for details |
| 3. Full ingredient disclosure | All ingredients are listed on the packaging and in the enclosed material |
| 4. Manufacturing | Made at a GMP-certified plant in Japan |
| 5. Formulation | Not NMN alone: a combination that includes ingredients supporting how it works |
| 6. Who designed it | Formulated with the involvement of our own doctors |
Why a combination
Other nutrients have been reported to take part in the conversion of NMN into NAD. Rather than simply raising the quantity of NMN, we have taken the approach of combining ingredients that support that conversion.
As a clinic specialising in regenerative medicine, we also provide autologous stem cell therapy, exosome therapy and others. Because treatments and the supplement are handled at the same clinic, if you are considering using both, the same doctor can advise you with your full picture in view.
Infusion or Supplement
Infusion or supplement: which to choose
We offer both the NMN infusion and NMNMASTER. Neither is better than the other; which suits you depends on your goal and the rhythm of your life.
| NMN Infusion | NMNMASTER (supplement) | |
|---|---|---|
| How it is delivered | Directly into the bloodstream | By mouth, through digestion and absorption |
| Clinic visits | Required | Not required — continued at home |
| Frequency | Each visit | Daily |
| Suits | Those who want an intensive approach | Those who want to keep something up day to day |
Using both
Some patients combine the infusion with the supplement. There is no need to settle on one or the other.
Bring your goal and how easily you can get to the clinic to your consultation, and discuss it with your doctor.
Misunderstanding
Why people say NMN "doesn't work"
You will sometimes see it said that NMN supplements do nothing. Being a supplement, no effect can be guaranteed — but there are some structural reasons why this is said.
1. The amount falls short
Some products deliver a daily intake well below the amounts used in research, generally put at 250 to 500 mg a day. Choosing on the per-box figure alone hides what you actually take each day.
2. It has not been taken for long enough
A supplement is a food, and not something that shows a change over a short period. One to three months of continued use is the usual reference point. Judgements are often made after days or weeks.
3. Material and manufacturing quality vary
Where no purity figure is published, or no manufacturing standard is stated, there is no way to confirm that the product contains what its label says.
The above gathers together points commonly raised as things to weigh when choosing. It neither guarantees nor denies the effect of any particular product. Depending on your health and any medication you take, a supplement may not be suitable for you, so please consult a doctor.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
QWhat is NMNMASTER?+
It is the doctor's supplement we supply: NMN at 100% purity, manufactured at a GMP-certified plant in Japan.
QShould I choose the NMN infusion or NMNMASTER?+
The infusion is an intensive approach delivered directly into the bloodstream; NMNMASTER is easier to keep up day to day. Some patients use both. A doctor will advise after examining you.
QCan I buy it online?+
Yes, through our official store, which is in Japanese. If anything is unclear, contact us on WhatsApp or by phone.
QIs this covered by insurance?+
It is a supplement, so it is not covered by insurance.
QWhat should I judge an NMN supplement on?+
Four things can be checked: whether the purity of the raw material is published, whether the plant is GMP-certified, whether it is NMN alone or combined with ingredients that support how it works, and whether a doctor or specialist was involved in the formulation. NMNMASTER uses material at 100% purity, is made at a GMP-certified plant in Japan, and was formulated with our doctors' involvement.
QWhat does "100% purity" refer to?+
It refers to the NMN powder used as raw material containing nothing else. It does not mean the product as a whole is only NMN. Purity is one measure of the quality of the material.
QWhat difference does a GMP-certified plant make?+
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is a standard for managing quality at every stage from goods-in to despatch. Unlike pharmaceuticals, supplements are under no legal manufacturing standard, so GMP certification is one of the things on which quality can be judged.
QIs a more expensive product a better one?+
Price alone cannot settle it. Daily amount, purity, manufacturing standard and formulation all differ. Comparing price against the same amount of active ingredient makes the differences easier to see.
QIs NMN a food or a pharmaceutical?+
It is classified as a supplement, which is to say a food. It is not a pharmaceutical, so it is not intended to treat or prevent illness and we cannot make claims about its effects. Nor is any manufacturing standard imposed on it by law — though NMNMASTER is made at a GMP-certified plant in Japan.
QHow far has research on NMN got?+
NMN is converted in the body into the coenzyme NAD. It has been reported that NAD is involved in how cells produce energy and repair themselves, and that levels fall with age. The long-term effects in humans are still under study, and a number of points remain unsettled. As this is a supplement, we cannot state its effects categorically.
QCan I take NMN while having regenerative treatment?+
As a clinic specialising in regenerative medicine, we handle both the treatments — autologous stem cell therapy, exosome therapy and others — and NMNMASTER under one roof. Whether the two can be combined depends on the treatment and on your health, so please raise it at your consultation. The same doctor can advise you with both in view.
