    We normally dispatch within three to seven business days of your order being confirmed.

    Subscriptions arrive automatically. You can change a delivery date, cancel, or raise any change in how you feel at any time.

Can I buy without having been seen at the clinic?
It differs by product. Please check the product page, or contact us on WhatsApp or by phone.
What payment methods can I use?
Credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.
When will it arrive?
We normally dispatch within three to seven business days of your order being confirmed.
Can I cancel a subscription?
There is no minimum number of orders. Contact us at least 10 days (NMN MASTER) or 20 days (Exosome Nasal) before your next scheduled dispatch and we will cancel it.
Are these pharmaceuticals?
No. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and how they are experienced varies from person to person.
Can I return an item?
Except where the product is faulty, we do not generally accept returns. For a defective item or a wrong delivery, please contact us within seven days of arrival.
